Few Of Our Special Items

  • Maharaja Masala
    • Our unique thosai speciality roasted in ghee, with Beetroot, Cabbage, Carrot and Capsicum shredded and added to an exclusively prepared Potato masala.
    • Served with three varieties of Chutney and Sambar.
  • Aloo Prata
    • Made of a special prata dough stuffed with a Potato masala prepared to provide a North Indian flavour.
    • Served with Kurma, special vegetable curry and Raitha.
  • Paniyaram
    • A very typical South Indian pancake prepared using a wet glutinous dough mixture of rice flour and black gram flour, pan fried over a thin coating of oil.
    • Served with a sharp spicy chutney of Chilly and Onion combination.
  • Puttu
    • Another South Indian delicacy prepared by steam boiling a dry, loosely bound Rice, Rava or Raagi flour in a unique tubular steaming apparatus.
    • Hot served with Sodhi or Sweet served with Sugar and Coconut milk.
  • Bhatura
    • A well known North Indian dish made out of fine wheat flour and deep fried to blow to a spherical shape.
    • Served with chana masala, kurma, special bhatura curry, chilli bhaji and onion/cucumber salad.
