Brinjal Bharta, roasted and mashed eggplant with a subtle tomato-garlic flavour; Rogan Gosht, tender pieces of lamb in a robust gravy; Fish in banana leaves, fresh fish fillets, seasoned with the medley of spices and fenugreek leaves, wrapped in banana leaves and fried; Mock Duck Grill (vegetarian's delight) processed soya marinated with spices and grilled, Moghul Raan, half leg of lamb marinated with spices and herbs and slow oven roasted.
